Academy of Science Scholarship
An NSF Supported STEP Project
The goal of this project is to increase the number of students (U.S. citizens or permanent residents) receiving baccalaureate degrees in established or emerging fields within science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
The program provides freshmen, sophomore, and transfer students in science and mathematics and high-school interns an opportunity to participate in research clusters under the supervision of a faculty member. The program provides scholars $350 scholarship per semester with additional funding for equipment and other research resources.
